Empathy in the context of a superpower is the heightened ability to read, sense, and understand the emotions and feelings of others. It goes beyond normal empathic interaction by providing an intuitive, sometimes even physical, perception of what others are experiencing emotionally. While it primarily involves sensing and understanding emotions, in more advanced forms, it may also include the ability to influence or alter those feelings.
